How soon can I check in and how soon do I have to check out?
Check in time is 2:00 pm. If you will be arriving after 5:00 pm please phone ahead so arrangements can be made for keys and entrance to the cabin. Check out time is 11:00 am.
Is there a way I can reserve a specific cabin?
Reservations for a specific cabin can be accommodated. If you would like to guarantee a cabin there will be a $25.00 charge. NOTE: Cabin changes are difficult at best and are usually next to impossible to accommodate. A $35.00 charge will apply to any cabin change, if it is possible.
How many people are allowed per cabin?
Price is based upon 4 people. Additional persons are by prior approval of management only. All additional persons using the cabin will result in a $15.00 per day per person fee paid in advance. Parking is limited. Please, one car per cabin. Additional cars must park in the extra parking spaces provided and may result in additional fees.
May I bring my gas grill or barbecue along with me?
Barbecues are NOT allowed.
If I make a reservation when will my card be billed?
Rates are subject to change without notice. There is a $10.00 fee per night. Your credit card will be billed for the first night upon making the reservation.
Are there minimum nightly rentals for cabins?
All holidays are three-day minimums rentals.
If I cancel my reservation will I still be charged?
Minimum cancellation fee is $50.00. Cancellation notice given less than 14-days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the pre-paid first night. Sorry, but exceptions cannot be made. No Shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Are there any special rules in the cabins?
ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING. There are two pet friendly cabins. All others are no pet. Please do not bring pets with you unless you have reserved a cabin which allows pets. Bringing your pet with you may preclude you from being able to stay. Boarding facilities are available nearby. Ask the office for details. Smoking in the cabin or unauthorized pets will result in a $150.00 fee charged to your credit card on file. There is a $50 non-refundable pet fee.
Where is White Rock Resort located?
We are on Hwy 101 N. near the Oregon/California border (2/10 of a mile south of California border. Look for sign for restaurant next door (Nautical Inn). Go to the cabin office.
