Payment Policy

Please follow the directions for payment through the VRBO site. All rates and fees are subject to an 8% state lodging tax.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-pay is 100% refundable with a 30 day notice. 50% refundable with a 14 day notice. No shows will be charged the full amount. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Check-in time is 2 PM; check-out is 11 AM

No late check-outs. If you are in the cabin after check-out time there will be a charge equal to one nights rent plus tax. Please call ahead if you will be arriving after 4:00 pm. Any after hours entry will result in a $25 fee charged to your credit card on file if you haven’t made prior arrangements. All guests must check in at the White Rock Resort office located at 16800 Hwy 101 N., Smith River CA 95567 (see directions below).

Lost and Found Items

White Rock Resort is not responsible for lost items.

Damage/Loss Policy

All cabins are individually owned. Please do not remove any items from the cabins. Guests are liable for additional charges resulting from damage, lost items or excessive check out cleaning. We strive to keep all the electronics, appliances and spa in working condition. Any breakdown should be reported immediately. No refunds for mechanical failures.
