Charges are as follows: Daily, weekly or monthly rate as advertised at time of reservation and 10% lodging tax. $50.00 Resort fee per day covers cabin & spa maintenance, cabin cleaning after guest and laundry. Each cabin is privately owned unlike a hotel, cabins are not service every day. A refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit of $150 will be charged at check in.
Payment Policy
First night stay plus tax must be paid at booking and the balance at check in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation notice given 30 days or more – 100% refund. 14-8 days $50 cancellation fee will be charged. 7 days or less, 1-night stay will be billed. No shows will NOT get a refund.
Check in/ Check out
Check in is 4 pm and check out is 11 am. Late check out or early check in only upon manager approval. Guests must call office if arriving after 4:00 PM. Late arrivals will be charged the balance due and get a courtesy call or text from resort manager with check in instructions. Parking permits will be issued upon check in. If resort manager is unable to contract guest regarding late check in instructions, guest will need to call the manager’s cell phone. Numbers are posted on the office door.
Children Safety
Everyone is welcome at our resort. But, please be advised that some cabins have open lofts and some are closed. The steps to the loft can be a little steep. The cabins are not child proofed and do not have baby gates. You must take precautions as necessary to protect your small children. If furniture is moved, please put back to original position before checkout.
All our linens are owned by the resort and are laundered on site. Each cabin’s bedding has been chosen and purchased by each cabin owner. Please use makeup wipes provided to clean off makeup. Do not use bath towels to clean shoes, or take to beach. Kitchen towels and paper towels are provided for clean ups.
Damage/Loss/Cleaning Policy
Please do not remove linens, towels, blankets, pillows, dishes, decorations, appliances etc. from the cabins. Upon check out If there are any large stains on the linens or bedding or mattresses that cannot be removed, or excessive cleaning is needed, or damage, or lost/stolen items, guests will be liable for additional charges and credit card will be billed for those items. Pictures are taken. Normal wear and tear is expected. Please report any damage or breakage to management immediately. The guest will be notified via email of any additional charges. Due to safety issues regarding body fluids, especially blood, items stained may need to be replaced.

BBQ’s are not allowed. All though a few cabins have propane grills, these have been placed there by the cabin owner. Under no circumstances are charcoal grills allowed.

Hot Tub Safety
Our hot tubs are cleaned thoroughly after each guest and chemicals checked during guest stay. If you have any issues with the hot tub please notify resort manager or report to any staff member immediately. If unsure how to use, please call manager. Do not put bubble bath in tubs. Hair recently dyed may be affected by the chlorine. Please do not use the towels to wipe off hair color. Notify manager immediately. Take caution when children are using the hot tub. Do not leave children unattended.
All pets must be declared in advance of booking. 1 pet only is allowed, 2 if small under 25 pounds. Pets allowed in pet friendly cabins only. Do not take your pet to another cabin that does not allow pets. They must be on a leash when outdoors. Pet area is provided near dumpster. Pickup after your pet. Keep your pets off beds and furniture. Please pickup after your pet when at the beach in considerations of other guests and dispose of properly. Stains and damage to furniture or bedding could result in extra charges.
NO smoking allowed in any cabin. Some cabins allow smoking in patio, cigarette butts must be disposed of properly and not thrown in landscaping or on the grounds. Please do not throw cigarette buds around the parking lots or around cabins, this is a fire hazzard. Please dispose of correctly.
All guests must check in at the office. Parking permits will be issued. Any car on the property without a permit may be towed at owners expense.
Lost or Stolen Items
White Rock Resort® is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Do not leave valuable items in vehicles.
